Meet Danixa
Our Founder
Danixa is a seasoned executive producer and business development expert with a deep understanding of the creative process, design intelligence, strategy, and production.
She currently leads consultancy practice iartists+, helping creative studios and clients globally transform their businesses by implementing effective growth strategies, shifting mindsets, building strong teams, enabling automation and performance marketing, integrating flow science, defining SOPs, improving negotiation skills, pitching to win, responsibly adopting artificial intelligence, and beyond.
Since 2020, her clients have experienced up to 10X revenue growth and increased marketplace-positioning visibility through Danixa’s proven CAT model.
Danixa founded iartists as a representation-firm in 2012, where she led a roster of creative, digital, and production clients to multi-million dollar success. Before that, she spent seven years as Director of Business Development at Imaginary Forces, an Emmy Award-winning creative company, spearheading new opportunities in broadcast, film, commercial production, direct-to-client opportunities, experience design, and gaming.
Her unmatched experience was honed by the years spent in the trenches developing new business and her role as a hands-on executive producer, helping her agencies in the pitch process and execution of award-winning concepts for some of the biggest brands in the world, such as Apple, Nike, HBO, Bose, Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Google, NFL, Microsoft, Riot Games and many others.
An active member in the industry, Danixa serves on the Motion & Title Design Peer Group Executive Committee, which is part of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Emmys. She previously served two stints on the Board of Directors for Promax (now GEMA). Danixa also shares her expertise whenever possible, having taught at Otis College of Art and Design and speaking as a guest lecturer at the UCLA Extension program.
